SYMBIO, A FAURECIA MICHELIN HYDROGEN COMPANY aims to capture 25% market share and achieve a turnover of around 1.5 billion euros by 2030. The joint venture will eventually have three industrial sites supplying the world's main automotive markets: Europe, Asia and the United States. Electric mobility demand is expected to increase significantly between now and 2030, with hydrogen powered vehicles accounting for 2 million vehicles of which 350,000 trucks.


As the only zero emission solution that complements battery-powered electric cars, hydrogen technology is essential in accelerating the deployment of electromobility and addressing its three major challenges: improving air quality, reducing CO2 emissions and the energy transition.

  
As part of this growth, Symbio is looking for profiles to meet the challenges of starting new activities and getting its products to market.

 

The position is to be based in Lyon (69), France.

 

Essential responsibilities and duties

 

The Marketing Communication Specialist is in charge of designing and validating any external communication item. He/She supervises external communication events.

 

 The main missions of the role are:

 

    ▪ Communication:

 

- Organize the deployment of the Corporate Brand

 

- Prepare the Business Group events: techdays, conferences, visit journalist...

 

- Take part in the design, carry out and update the supports of communication: General presentations of the BG,  Products technical files and innovation, press kits

 

- Update constantly the tools of internal communication (Intranet, Newslink, Faurecia infos...) and external communication (BG information on Internet site, Group photographic library... )


    ▪ Marketing/Innovation:

 

- Follow and update market follow-up and innovation Tools,

 

- Wallpaper Innovation,

 

- Continuous follow-up of one or several competitors, Participation in CdC, the installation and the update of a data base competitors (logistics, preparation of the questionnaires and the working papers, formatted of the conclusions...),

 

- Support the activity of market Analysis

- Make studies gone (products/countries..) in coordination with the market analysis.



The ideal candidate will have/be :

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business school with a specialization in Marketing.

Experience :


    • More than 5 years in an industrial company

    • Experience with international environment exposure

    • Strong Microsoft pack office skills (ppt,…)

    • Project management skills
