Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Europe Division is looking for a Program & Series Supplier Quality Cluster Manager (m/f/d) to be located in our European headquarter in Augsburg. 

The Program & Series Supplier Quality cluster Manager supports CBU’s by managing the supplier performance in program phase (timing, quality, and delivery, service) and Operations in series phase.

The main missions of the role are:
o Manage and develop team of Program SQ Engineers and SQ Assurance Engineers.

In program Phase :
o Guaranty good execution of APQP to achieve SQ program performance.
o Business partner of CBU’s and Program Purchasing.
o Develop Lean Manufacturing skills inside Program SQ Team
o Gives recommendations on technical choices to ensure the product/process robustness.
o Manages progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers in collaboration with division Supplier Quality & Development

In series Phase :
o Protect the cluster against Supplier Quality perturbation by pro-active actions at Suppliers shopfloor;
o Guarantee safe launch and production phase for his/her cluster
o Monitor Supplier Quality performance at cluster level ( Red list, ppm, received ppm , PF 4 )
o Monitor the suppliers audits/workshops planning @ cluster level
o Monitor the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the series buyers

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience:
o Minimum 5/10 years experience in an industrial environment
o Experience in a Plant Quality and/or Manufacturing Enginneering.
o Experience in Launch and/or Lean Manufacturing.


Skills and competencies:
o Knowledge of Project Management methodology
o APQP process knowledge
o Lean Manufacturing experience.
o Supplier audit process knowledge.
o Fluent English
o Results oriented
o Ability to work in a matrix organization

Nice to have:
o Product knowledge ( Mecatronic, steel transformation )
o Processes knowledge ( Mecatronic, steel transformation)
